Electronic Communication

I am glad to receive your emails and communicate with you electronically. However, please be aware that Brittany Edwards Counseling cannot guarantee confidentially with those methods; i.e. text, email, telephone, or any other electronic method of communication. Even though I (Brittany Edwards) may utilize state of the art encryption methods, firewalls, and/or back-up systems to help secure our communication, there is a risk that the electronic or telephone communications may be compromised, unsecured, and/or accessed by an unintended third-party. There is never a 100% guarantee information will remain confidential when transmitted electronically.

Cancelation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you cancel your appointment 24-hours before your scheduled time there is no fee. If you cancel within less than 24-hours you will be charged for the session in full.
